Japanese hot pots or Nabe (鍋) is a big part of Japanese culture and is often enjoyed with a group of friends or family! It is said that the way you eat your hotpot and the way you arrange your hotpot says a lot about your personality.

What is better than enjoying a warm pot of delicious local ingredients in a traditional thatched roof house surrounded my nature and mountains this winter? The seasonal dishes served here uses local ingredients such as wild boar meat, local chicken meat, matsutake mushrooms, and homegrown vegetables. Not only that, but this place also uses water from the hot springs for cooking!

In the winter, from November to March, the delicious Botan hotpot made with carefully selected wild boar meat becomes available for everyone to warmly enjoy.
