Kobe Harborland
This place is a shopping mall located on the opposite side of the bay to the tower. It is only 5-10 mins away by walk, so people usually come here to see the entire view of the bay with Kobe tower in full size. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and also a giant Ferris wheel. So it is very popular among locals as romantic dating spot for couples or just a place to enjoy meal with amazing scenery.
